Since part of the inspiration for the Freehope series was the hentai Bible Black, Xipomus proposed a commission idea that I just had to do. It was also my first time using volumetric lighting in Octane, and I can say the result is not worth the render time and the ‘dirtiness’ of the completed render. I think I’ll stick to painting in the effect in the future as I’ve always done, but it was a fun experiment nonetheless. But anyway, Xip gave me a reference photo of one of the Bible Black characters in a robe holding a knife, with sinister under lighting and said he wanted something like that, and Kendra doing another girl with a strap-on dildo. So that’s what this little commission is all about. He suggested the other female be a readhead, since many have mentioned that my character collection is lacking a redhead (with the exception of Leslie… why does everyone forget about her?).
